Important Announcement
Title 8 has been updated to include amendments through the 2024 Regular Legislative Session effective August 1, 2024, more specifically:
- Act 450, amended, reenacted and enacted Chapter 13
Miscellaneous – §908; and - Act 785, amended, reenacted and enacted Chapter 7
Cemetery Care Fund – §454.3
